systemSURE II™ ATP Hygiene Monitoring System
The
systemSURE II™ ATP bioluminenscence luminometer
is the next generation of ATP luminometers. Using state-of-the-art photodiode
technology and simple user-friendly design this revolutionary palm-sized
instrument is an extremely sensitive, accurate and affordable hygiene monitoring
system.
This system is used by the largest food processors in the world, hospitals, restaurants, supermarkets and other manufacturing industries where rapid detection of contamination is crucial. The systemSURE II™ allows companies to quickly determine the cleaning efficiency and hygienic status of surfaces and water, validate HACCP/SSOP programs, ensure food safety, improve product quality and reduce costs.
Used with the Ultrasnap™ ATP sample testing device, extremely low levels of contamination can be detected in just 15 seconds. This allows immediate action to be taken if a surface or water sample is contaminated.

Ultrasnap™
is a user-friendly, all-in-one ATP sampling device used with the systemSURE II™
luminometer. This pen sized sample collection device is easy-to-use, small and
environmentally friendly compared to other ATP swabs.
In addition, Ultrasnap™ uses the world's first liquid-stable reagent in place of the freeze-dried enzymes used in other ATP sampling devices. This provides better accuracy, longer-lasting signal strength and more reproducible results.

Snapshot™
universal ATP sample testing devices are designed to be compatible with
luminometers of most manufacturers. Each version of Snapshot™
is designed to replicate the ATP reaction by generating the same light output as
the device it is replacing; therefore eliminating the need to change current
pass/fail threshold settings on the luminometer or within an established Quality
Control program.

Designed for companies looking for an accurate, easy-to-use, non-instrument based hygiene surface test, SpotCheck™ offers an inexpensive way to monitor the effectiveness of cleaning programs.
SpotCheck™ can detect the presence of glucose in 60 seconds or less. Glucose is present in 85% of food items. Left on contact surfaces, food residues provide nutrients for bacterial growth which could lead to dangerous contamination and a diminished shelf life. A quick color change from clear to green of the self-contained reagent indicates that glucose residue is present and corrective action should be taken.

SpotCheck
Plus™ has the same detection capability of
SpotCheck™ with the additional benefit of lactose
detection. Simply swab asurface, release the reagent and if any residue
containing glucose and/or lactose is present the reagent will turn green,
providing a semiquantitative measure of the surface hygiene. The more
contamination present, the quicker the color change and darker the color.

PRO-Clean™
is a quick and easy way to accurately monitor the cleanliness of food equipment
surfaces to help ensure food safety and product quality. PRO-Clean™
detects protein residues left on a surface after cleaning. Simply swab a
surface, release the reagent and if food residue is present the reagent will
turn purple. The color change provides a semi-quantitative measure of the
surface cleanliness. The more contamination present, the quicker the color
change to purple and the darker the color. PRO-Clean™
quickly validates the hygiene of a surface, allowing immediate corrective action
to be taken if necessary.

Swimming Pool Cryptosporidium Indicator Kit™
An exciting new product allowing a 50 - 100ml sample of water to be micro filtered on site and then swabbed and tested using the Ultrasnap™ and systemSURE II™ to give a more accurate result of the contamination present.
The system works by concentrating all the bacteria from the 50 - 100ml water sample onto the surface of the microfilter. Therefore there will be a much higher count than that of the small amount of water measured with an Ultrasnap™ alone. This gives a more accurate indication of the presence of micro-organisms.
This test is particularly applicable to the leisure industry for monitoring the drop in microbial contamination during the emergency disinfection process following an incident in the pool e.g. Diahorrea release. This test kit used a periodic intervals during the disinfection process may indicate a return to safe water quality earlier than that prescribed in the EAP and therefore allowing reopening as soon as it is safe to do so. This reduces non-essential pool down time to a minimum.
Aquasnap™

Aquasnap™ is a user-friendly, self-contained ATP water sampling device used with the systemSURE II and Pi-102 luminometers. This pen sized sample collection device is easy-to-use and collects exactly 100 ul of water in the honeycomb shaped dipper.
Aquasnap™ uses the world's first liquid-stable reagent in place of the freeze-dried enzymes used in other ATP sampling devices. This provides better accuracy, longer-lasting signal strength and more reproducible results.
Aquasnap™ is not yet available in commercial quantities and is undergoing market and performance trials.
